This participation was even more special because we attended as part of the Colombian delegation, and as one of the selected creative companies from Medellín, alongside allies who are driving the sector’s growth: ProColombia, Proimágenes, MinTIC, El Pauer , Emotion y la Comisión Fílmica de Medellín – FilMedellin.

What is Ventana Sur and why is it key for the Latin American audiovisual industry?

Ventana Sur it is one of the most important gatherings for the region’s audiovisual industry: a space where producers, buyers, sales agents, distributors, festivals, and platforms connect to drive projects, co-productions, and real opportunities for international circulation.

In 2025, the market took place from December 1 to 5 in Buenos Aires, headquartered at Palacio Libertad, in an edition that marks the “Río de la Plata” stage. In addition, it is organized by INCAA together with the Marché du Film – Festival de Cannes (and with ACAU participating in the Río de la Plata format).

What did Zykax go to Ventana Sur 2025 to do?
