Mipcom (Marché International des Programmes de Communication) is the world’s largest audiovisual market for television and digital content, held at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France. It is owned by Reed MIDEM, a subsidiary of Reed Exhibitions.

The event is an international space for creative exchange, where business deals are made, relationships among colleagues are strengthened, launches are celebrated, and one learns through inspiring keynote presentations on new trends and developments.

Mipcom was founded in 1985 by French producer and screenwriter Bertrand Chevry, and today it has become the most anticipated market in the audiovisual industry. Every year, more than 13,800 professionals—including buyers, sellers, commissioners, distributors, producers, directors, talents, artists, stars, content creators, executives, IP owners, influencers, PR, VOD platforms, broadcasting groups, investors, and more—gather to forge new alliances, secure financing agreements, and strike distribution and co-production deals for series, films, shows, IPs, video games, and digital VR/AR experiences.

From October 12 to 23, 2020, we participated in Mipcom Online+, along with 24 other Colombian audiovisual companies showcased on Procolombia’s virtual pavilion page.

We were present at the event with a Zykax virtual exhibitor page, featuring a professional profile of Camilo Hernández and the presentation of Cosmic Flow in the platform’s “featured products” section.

At Mipcom we built valuable relationships and enjoyed a rewarding experience filled with meetings, chats, conferences, learnings, and inspiring presentations.
